For nutrition professionals

Every nutritionist deserves a Nootrie

Nootrie records the consultation, understands what happened and turns your decisions into finished work.

A preview of All set: a consultation’s review finished, with the follow-up appointment, e-mail, checklist and context reviewed.
per consultation, decided one by one
9 cards

One living context per patient, never a transcript dump.

After each consultation, the Context card brings the context up to date with what was said and you decide: accept, edit, or keep what was there. Notes, recordings and files you add land in the same place.

Nootrie prepares. You decide.

Every card is Suggested, then Accepted, then Completed, and no step is ever skipped. Accept, edit or discard, one at a time.

Connects to the tools you already use, and asks for nothing more than it needs.

Gmail for the email you read and confirmed, Calendar for the return with the patient invited, Drive for each patient's files. The checklist lives in Nootrie itself. Each connection explains exactly what it can do before you grant it.

One consultation, start to finish

  1. Record

One tap on the ● and the consultation is recording.

Pause and resume when you need to. Every stretch is kept, even if the connection drops.

  2. Consult

Nothing else competes for your attention.

A minimal workspace: elapsed time, a subtle listening indicator, nothing more.

  3. Analyse

Minutes later, the analysis is ready.

Nootrie transcribes and organises what was said. It does no clinical analysis, suggests nothing, never diagnoses and never prescribes.

  4. Review

Nine cards, one at a time.

Accept, edit or discard: plan, checklist, return, context, anamnesis, facts that affect eating, follow-up, email and more. The plan card is not a meal plan: it only records whether the patient signed up for one of the packages you offer, with the answer you give.

  5. Finish

What you accept goes to Gmail, Calendar and Drive.

An email is sent only after you have read it in full and confirmed.

  6. All set

The patient's context is up to date. Next patient.

No loose ends carried forward. Just a calm, closed loop.

Privacy and trust

Built for sensitive patient information.

Read the privacy policy
  • You record only with the patient's authorisation, and you are the one who asks for it.

  • Permissions are explained in plain language before anything is granted.

  • No message reaches a patient until you have read it in full and confirmed it.

LGPD: where the data lives, and for how long.

A summary of what the privacy policy says. We do not sell data or use it for advertising.

Where it is kept
The database, the recordings and the files are kept in Brazil, in São Paulo. The audio is transcribed in the European Union (Lemonfox), and the cards are organised by Google Gemini through the paid API, outside Brazil, under art. 33 of the LGPD.
For how long
The audio is deleted as soon as the cards are ready, with no option to keep it. The transcript text is kept until you finish the review. The patient’s context, notes and files are kept until you delete the patient.
Who answers for it
For your patients’ data, you are the controller, and Nootrie processes it on your behalf, as processor. For your account’s data, Nootrie is the controller.
Your rights
Access, correction, anonymisation, blocking or deletion, portability, and who we share with. We answer within 15 days: write to vivitomelo@gmail.com.

Nootrie is a web app: it opens in the browser on a computer or a phone. There is no app in the stores.

  • Built on Google

The integrations are Gmail, Google Calendar and Google Drive. You can sign in with any email, but sending emails and creating events and files through Nootrie needs a Google account. Outlook is not supported yet.

Frequently asked questions

Does Nootrie suggest treatment, a diet or a meal plan?

No. It transcribes and organises what was said in the consultation, and each item comes with the excerpt of the conversation it came from. The plan card is not a meal plan: it only records whether the patient signed up for one of the packages you offer, with the answer you give.

Does it work with Outlook or another email?

To sign in, yes: any email receives the sign-in link. The integrations, though, are Google only: sending emails, creating events and keeping files through Nootrie need Gmail, Google Calendar and Google Drive.

Do I need to install an app?

No. Nootrie is a web app and opens in the browser on a computer or a phone. There is no app in the stores.

Can I record online consultations?

Use Nootrie to record in-person consultations: the CFN’s telenutrition rules do not allow recording online consultations that involve health data. Before recording, you ask the patient for permission.

How much does it cost?

During the pilot, nothing: use is free and by invitation. Nothing is charged without telling you first and your agreement.

How do I join the pilot?

The pilot is closed, for invited emails only. To ask for access, write to vivitomelo@gmail.com.
